Hosting services may be eligible for a limited refund period (if offered). After activation or usage, no refunds will be provided for hosting plans.
Payments for web development, app development, and custom IT services are non-refundable once the project has been started or completed.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, no refunds will be issued once work has begun or services have been delivered.
All digital products and software purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.
You may request cancellation before the service begins. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any work already completed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
